Returns Policy

Every item you order at Nosliw Boutique is custom printed. That’s what distinguishes us from other e-commerce retailers. Returns aren’t put back on our warehouse shelves, as we can’t resell them.

Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. We do not accept returns or replacements in the case where the customer needs a smaller or larger size. You can view the sizing chart on each of the product pages and please don’t hesitate to contact us with any further questions before ordering at support@nosliwboutique.com

Once you have clicked on the “complete order” button, unfortunately it is not possible to edit or cancel your order. However, if you need to change some parameters, like addresses, etc., please contact us via email support@nosliwboutique.com as soon as possible. We are not bound to make such modifications to your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged Items

If your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective, please contact us at support@nosliwboutique.com within (7) days from receipt of merchandise and we will be happy to arrange a store credit. Please provide your order number with all correspondence. Allow up to five (5) business days to process any qualifying returns or exchanges. Packages shipped back to us without tracking that fail to arrive are the responsibility of the customer.

Misprinted, materially flawed, or defective items must be for like apparel of equal or lesser value. The customer will be contacted via email. However, if there is no response within three (3) business days, the exchange will be processed as a return less shipping if shipping was paid.

We do not accept worn or washed merchandise. Any merchandise suspected of being previously worn and/or washed will be returned to the customer at their expense.

To return your items: Contact Customer Support at support@nosliwboutique.com to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

Your misprinted, materially flawed, or defective item will be exchanged or refunded (minus original shipping cost), as long as:

  • You communicated with us within (7) days of receipt.
  • The item is in perfect condition, has not been worn, and with tags intact.
  • A copy of the original sales receipt is included.

Estimated shipping delivery times:

  • USA: 3-5 business days
  • Canada: 5-10 business days
  • World: 10-20 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 7 days of ordering. All orders are custom made to order.

Free standard shipping will be automatically applied to all orders with the purchase of regular priced merchandise. No promo code needed. Does not include, gift wrap charges, purchases of Gift eCards or sales tax. No price adjustments on previous purchases. Cannot be combined with any other offers. Valid on standard worldwide shipping except Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea.

    Covid-19 Shipping Updates

    While we do provide our best-estimated delivery date for your order, all carriers have removed guaranteed delivery within a specific timeframe. For the most accurate information regarding deliveries to your area, we recommend checking with your local carriers and/or governments to see if deliveries may be restricted or disrupted, affecting the estimated delivery date for your order.

    International Shipping

    International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

    Orders being shipped outside of the United States are subject to customs or duty fees. The fees are governmental in nature and not charged by Nosliw Boutique. For any issues regarding customs or duty fees, please contact your local customs office. These fees cannot be refunded, as they are not charged by us.

    Please note: International shipping times are not guaranteed. Customs clearance can significantly delay the delivery of international orders. Such delays are not reflected in our estimated shipping times and are beyond our control. To ensure the most efficient handling of your international order, please make sure to include a local telephone number and email where you can be reached. Please check with your local customs authorities in advance to determine your country's specific import requirements.

    Nosliw Boutique does not ship to the following countries due to carrier limitations and legal restrictions: Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea.

    Lost Shipments

    It is the customer’s responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if the carriers tracking indicates the product was delivered. Unfortunately, Nosliw Boutique will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.

    Order Never Arrived: If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know as quickly as possible. Get in touch with us at support@nosliwboutique.com noting your order number. We’ll see what can be done.

    In the rare cases that a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, but the recipient reports they have yet to receive it, Nosliw Boutique will not cover the cost of reshipping the order. This only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the recipient's address.

    In most instances, it is found that the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the recipient's address. You should reach out to the courier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person - e.g. "left under the table on back porch."

    Wrong Address: If your order is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. The customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

    Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and the customer will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

    Returned by Customer - Contact us before returning any products. We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at the customers expense and discretion. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size.
